T3W4 Cyberwellness Lesson - Feedback Form

Dear Students

The lesson that you went through was designed by the Guidance Branch of the MOE (Student Development Curriculum Division), and piloted in several schools before rolling out to schools in Singapore.

Your feedback will therefore help the team to fine-tune and improve the lesson before they are implemented in all schools in Singapore. There is no right or wrong answer. Your honest response will be helpful to the team.

NRIC

Following the annual NRIC Registration Exercise by ICA in Term 2, newly issued NRICs for Secondary 3 (and some Secondary 2) students have been received by SST and are ready for collection. Students who participated in the Registration Exercise this year may visit the General Office during the following hours to sign out their NRICs. Kindly share the following details with your respective classes:- 
  • Collection period: 01 to 31 July 2013 (Monday to Friday)
  • Collection hours: 9.00am to 12.00noon & 2.00pm to 5.00pm
  • **Important: Students are to verify their information printed on the NRIC and endorse receipt before leaving the General Office. 
Any uncollected NRICs will be returned to ICA after the stipulated collection period. Should students require any further information on the collection process, please have them contact the General Office at 65717200 or email me directly. An announcement on the collection has also been put up on the Students' Blog for reference.

3) Classroom Behavior. Quite common sensical, and also a new rule has been added: No speaking of mandarin during her lesson
